Regional Partnership Welcomes Startup Ecosystem & Communications Manager

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (May 25, 2018) — Catlin Bulger is the South Bend – Elkhart Regional Partnership’s new Startup Ecosystem and Communications Manager.

Catlin joined the team on April 21st and will work closely with the Entrepreneurship Committee (Startup South Bend – Elkhart Board) to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem across the South Bend – Elkhart Region.

As part of the marketing communications and events team, Catlin manages marketing, branding, communications and events for Startup South Bend – Elkhart and provides support for the Regional Partnership’s overall marketing and communications efforts.

She joins the Regional Partnership with direct experience in communications, public relations and management in hospitality and real estate, most recently with Headquarters at Ignition Park. Serving as the Property Manager for Headquarters has allowed her to work directly in the coworking environment where she developed a passion for the entrepreneurial ecosystem and startup mentality.
